Cancellations & Refunds

This Cancellations & Refunds Policy applies to all users accessing or purchasing services from Call Zen AI through callzenai.app.

1. Service Nature

Digital Assets

Call Zen AI provides AI-driven voice automation services, delivered digitally and activated instantly upon onboarding. Since the service is deployed, configured, and consumed in real-time, it is classified as a non-returnable digital service.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may request cancellation of their subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation stops future billing, but does not refund previous charges.
  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Refund Limitations

Due to instant activation and usage-based neural processing, we do not offer refunds for:

Sub-Fees

Monthly subscription fees once processed.

Setup

Onboarding and agent configuration charges.

Usage

Neural compute and usage-based charges.

*No partial or prorated refunds are issued once billing has been completed.

4. Protocol Exceptions

Refunds are considered only in rare technical scenarios:

  • Technical failure on our end preventing service activation.
  • Verified duplicate payment occurrence.
  • Detected internal billing errors.

Requires: Valid proof, payment reference, and support team verification. Decisions are final and at our discretion.

5. Billing Disputes

Billing disputes must be reported within 7 days of the transaction to our finance engineering team.
